Keech is a very bad man, who kills people and steal money. Now he is haunted by two ghosts. One at day, and one at night.

- darling: a way of speaking to someone we love
- ghost: the spirit of a dead person that comes back to visit living people
- judge: the person in a law court who decides how someone will be punished
- mad: of someone who is ill in the head
- peace: a quiet, happy time
- prison: a place where bad people are locked up
- steal (past tense stole) to take things that do not belong to you
- throw: to lift something up and send it quickly through the air
- trial: a court case, to find out if someone is guilty or not
- unhappy: sad, not happy
- voice: the sound that you make when you speak
